- Manage relationships with donors, volunteers and partners.
- Improve our website and services through anonymised analytics.
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a), the performance of pre-contractual measures (6.1.b), compliance with legal obligations (6.1.c) and the legitimate interest of the association (6.1.f).
5. Retention period
- 3 years after the last contact for prospects.
- 10 years for accounting records, in accordance with French law.
- 13 months maximum for audience-measurement cookies.

Your data is never sold. It is only accessible to authorised members of the association and, when needed, to our technical processors (hosting, email service) acting on our instructions and complying with the GDPR.
